MONTREAL, QC — The AHL Report team joined the Laval Rocket’s March 10, 2021 media call after the team’s game-day skate in Ottawa.

First head coach Joel Bouchard discussed why it’s important for goaltender Cayden Primeau to get more consistent ice time. Then he described the challenges of the team’s first road trip of the season. Finally, Bouchard explained the addition of three new defensemen, due to a planned absence for Gustav Olofsson.

The Rocket are in Ottawa tonight to finish up a back-to-back series against the Belleville Senators. Laval stumbled in Monday’s game, getting shut out by the Sens.
