MONTREAL, QC — The AHL Report team from Rocket Sports Media was on the Laval Rocket’s media Zoom call following their practice at the Bell Centre on February 18, 2021.

Listen to audio below from Rocket goaltender Cayden Primeau, defenseman Gustav Olofsson, as well as head coach Joel Bouchard as he speaks with media following the team’s practice, on the eve of their fourth and final game against the Belleville Senators in the opening series of the season.

In today’s call, Primeau talked about his desire to play and the differences he noticed in his two starts this season, and Olofsson analyzed the strengths and areas of improvement for Laval’s defense. Bouchard described the measures taken by the team’s COVID-19 compliance officer and equipment staff, and also explained the advantages and disadvantages of starting the season with two four-game series at home.
