Bobby Farnham recalled from St. John’s

MONTREAL, QC — The Canadiens recalled forward Bobby Farnham from the AHL’s St. John’s IceCaps on Sunday.
In 31 games so far this season with Sylvain Lefebvre’s squad, the 27-year-old has amassed four goals and nine points. He also picked up 58 penalty minutes and has a plus-2 differential.
Before joining the Canadiens over the summer as a free agent, the North Andover, MA native played 64 NHL games with the Pittsburgh Penguins and New Jersey Devils, collecting 10 points – including eight goals – in addition to picking up 121 penalty minutes.
It marks Farnham’s first call-up with the Canadiens.
