Philadelphia Flyers Roster News: Players Placed on Waivers, NHL, Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Rocket Sports Media
ROCKET SPORTS MEDIA | ALLENTOWN, PA — The Philadelphia Flyers today placed seven players on waivers:
- Chris Bigras
- Andy Andreoff
- Tyler Wotherspoon
- Alex Lyon
- Nate Prosser
- Derrick Pouliot
- Samuel Morin
NHL teams have until noon on Tuesday, January 12 to claim any of these players. For those who clear, they’ll either be assigned to the Philadelphia taxi squad or the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (AHL).
The Flyers have off today, but will reconvene on Tuesday for one last round of practices and cuts before Wednesday’s kick-off the 2020-21 season when Philadelphia hosts the Pittsburgh Penguins for a home opener at the Wells Fargo Center.
